Well this never happens. We’re renovators so naturally I’m never on the look out for a renovated home but I’m also privy to the fact that not everyone watches renovation shows and thinks, “mmmm that looks like a barrel of laughs, let’s give that a crack.” And I might add that those who only buy new or renovated homes are very very wise and are setting themselves up for a lifetime of peace, calm and happiness. I’m only sort of joking. So, very wise people living in Brisbane or looking to move to Brisbane, this one’s for you.
